Important information

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your order.
• To meet the deadline, you must submit your request before the 14-day period expires.
• You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request by email as soon as possible.
• Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (customized products, unsealed products, etc.). Consult our Refund Policy for more information.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
