You have 14 days to return your products. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.

⏱️ Return Period

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: The 14-day period starts from the date you receive your order.

📧 Return Procedure

When contacting us for a return, we will provide:

  • The complete return address with all necessary details for the label
  • A return authorization number (RMA) to track your request
  • Detailed instructions on how to complete your return
💡 Good to know: We may also offer an alternative solution (exchange, store credit, partial refund) depending on your situation.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or substances
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care products

💰 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

✅ Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Bank processing time: If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. Refunds often take some time to be officially posted.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@crazybikelife.com and we will provide the necessary instructions.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.

📮 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

💡 Tip: If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
